DECAL PRODUCTION TIME:
Each decal is custom-made to order. We do not stock decals. Currently, our production time (the number of days it takes to make your decal) is typically 2-7 business days. This time may vary. The production period does not include weekends or holidays.

USPS First-Class Mail® will ship in an envelope, or flat mailer this will depend on the size and quantity of the decals ordered.
USPS Ground Advantage® will ship in a rigid flat mailer.

USPS delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed by us since they are controlled by the postal service. The shipping time does not include the time it takes to produce the decals. Any shipping delays caused by the carrier are not our responsibility.

The size that you choose is measured to the longest dimension, if the decal is tall the size selected will be top to bottom, if the decal is wide the size selected will be left to right. We can provide the exact dimensions upon request.

How are decals shipped?
Orders with Standard Shipping are shipped with Etsy labels via USPS Ground Advantage in an envelope, ridged mailer, or poly mailer depending on the size and quantity.
Shipping Upgrades are available at Check Out.
What are your standard shipping times?
USPS Ground Advantage Estimated delivery within 2-7 business days.
Priority - USPS Priority Mail delivery within 1-5 business days.
Etsy provides an Estimated delivery range before you checkout. Please double check that before placing your order so you know when you can expect your order. Adding Priority or Express Priority DOES NOT speed up shipping your purchase. It only speeds up the delivery from USPS.
Why did my order say it was delivered but it hasn't arrived?
There will sometimes be a DELIVERED indication on the order before it is actually delivered, which is beyond our control. USPS First-class Mail take 2-10 business days to reach its destination.
Please wait another 1-2 business days, as the package could have been marked as delivered by mistake, and will arrive the following day or so. Send us a message letting us know if you have not received it by then.
My order isn't right
We strive to provide top quality items and do our best to make sure each one is perfect and correct. However, we are human and we occasionally make mistakes. We will correct any item that we have made incorrectly or made a mistake on by sending a new item to you. Please keep in mind that we do not offer refunds.
